Join Chef Donesha for a cooking class that will change the way you see sushi forever. She’ll share secrets and traditional techniques for creating delicious and colorful rolls that go beyond basic flavors. Learn to make perfect sushi rice and artful, restaurant-worthy rolls.

Start off making classic California rolls with a crunchy twist, filled with steamed sushi rice, nori, crispy fried shallots and a fresh assortment of crab, avocado and cucumber. Next up is an elegant roll featuring expertly-smoked salmon complimented by avocado and crisp cucumber.
