Our latest creation is a crisp and easy drinking Kölsch. Kölsch, originally from Germany is light in character with a dry finish. Traditionally brewed using Ale yeast then cold finished, KK is clean on the palate with a hint of fruitiness from the hops to balance the Vienna malt. This is a brilliantly balanced beer and a classic example of the style. Approx 5% ABV
