We're looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team! As a Bartender at Schoolhouse Brewing, you'll be the face of our brand, serving up unique brews with a smile and creating memorable experiences for our patrons. This is an incredible opportunity for someone with a passion for craft beer and a knack for exceptional customer service. Duties Include: -Answer any specific or general questions about Schoolhouse Brewing -Help build and maintain a positive vibe and culture of the Schoolhouse Brand, while serving guests properly poured Schoolhouse beers -Handling credit card transactions accurately on our POS system -Educating guests on the beers we offer, including full knowledge of the ingredients used and the brewing process. -Maintain a clean, safe, focused, and productive environment on a daily basis in addition to being a brand ambassador for the Schoolhouse brand -Maintain a clean workspace and Taproom including keeping up with the cleanliness of the bar, Taproom floor, patio, and bathrooms. -Must be able to bend, lift, and squat without issue, at least 50 pounds. You will occasionally have to lift kegs and move/carry heavy beer inventory and other boxes or goods. -Practice safe alcohol serving practice -Be able to change kegs, clean lines and perform basic taproom daily maintenance
