The Biergarten

Two guests relaxing in Adirondack chairs with beers around a lit gas fire pit in the Schoolhouse Brewing biergarten

Your Backyard. Without the Yard Work.

Walk out the back and the evening gets better. Our outdoor biergarten has six gas-lit fire pits, plenty of seating, and room for a couple of friends or a whole crew. There is a stage out there for live entertainment, so some nights come with a soundtrack. Leashed dogs are welcome. So are kids, and so is a quiet pint after work.

When the fire pits are lit, the whole patio slows down. Grab a pint, pull up a chair, and stay until the cold finally wins.

Teachers Lounge Arcade

Extra Credit for Bad Behavior.

Schoolhouse has 21 pinball machines inside the taproom. That is not a couple of games shoved in a corner. It is a whole lit-up room of flippers, bumpers, and bad decisions.

Bring a friend and settle a score. Learn a new table. Chase a high score you will not remember tomorrow. Adults and supervised kids can both play, and the pinball is a good enough reason to stop by even when you are not here for a beer.

20 Taps and More Than Beer

Twenty Taps. Zero Boring Decisions.

We brew our beer on-site, and the tap list shows it. Expect house beers that stick around, plus rotating originals and one-off experiments that come and go. The board changes more than you would think.

Not a beer person? The bar also pours house wine, sangria, a house-made margarita, a hard seltzer, a cider, and nonalcoholic options, so everyone in your group has something to drink. Check the live tap list before you come in, because it moves.

Find Your Spot

Big Enough to Spread Out. Cozy Enough to Stay.

Schoolhouse is not one giant room with a bar. The main taproom has the energy: the tap wall, the games, the sports on the screens. Step away from it and the building breaks into smaller seating areas and tucked-away corners where you can actually hear each other talk.

Take the lively end on game day. Find a quieter spot to catch up with friends. Different visits get different settings, and nobody has to shout across one giant open warehouse. See more of the space in our photo gallery.

Bring Your People

Your Crowd. Your Occasion. Our Place.

Bring the whole group. Supervised kids are welcome. Leashed dogs are welcome inside and out. We do not have a kitchen, so bring your own food or have it delivered. Outside beverages are not allowed.

The calendar fills up with trivia, comedy, music, community nights, and live sports. Check the events calendar and The Game Is On for what is coming. Want the place for your own crowd? Semi-private events fit up to 50 guests, and a whole-facility event fits up to 225.

The Homebrew Shop

Drink Beer. Learn Beer. Make Beer.

Schoolhouse runs a homebrew supply shop inside a working production brewery. That is a rare setup, and it is the reason brewers come here for their ingredients.

Order brewing grains and malt, hops, and yeast, or browse our homebrew recipe kits. Stuck on a swap? Our hop and yeast substitution charts can help. Place your order on the homebrew page and pick it up at the taproom.

The Schoolhouse App

Recess Has Its Perks.
