Ingredients

• 1 (12 oz) can/bottle of Hose, Bee, Lion IPA

• 2 tbsp butter

• 2 tbsp flour

• 1 cup whole milk

• 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

• 4 oz cream cheese

• 1 tsp garlic powder

• ½ tsp smoked paprika

• Salt & pepper to taste
