Ingredients
1 (12 oz) can/bottle of Hose, Bee, Lion IPA
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup whole milk
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz cream cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp smoked paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to form a roux.
Slowly whisk in milk, then half of the Hose, Bee, Lion IPA. Cook until smooth and slightly thickened.
Add cheddar, cream cheese, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until the mixture is creamy and melted through.
